The regular scheduled Church family meeting will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 3:00pm. The meeting will be held online via Zoom Webinar. This Webinar meeting is limited to persons recognized by the church clerk and deacons as official members of FBC, in good standing.
We’re asking you to submit any advance questions/comments you have on a particular agenda item to the FBC Church Clerk Cynthia Ragland. Your advance questions/comments will be forwarded to the particular presenter of the agenda item to properly address during the presentation. There will be a maximum 7-minute question & answer period, following each presentation, in which the congregation can offer additional questions and/or comments to the presenter before any actions or votes are taken. Advance questions and/or comments must be submitted no later than 7:00pm on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2020 to Church Clerk Cynthia Ragland at CynRag@aol.com. Questions and/or comments must pertain to an agenda item.
Each FBC member will be allowed to attend the meeting by computer, tablet, smartphone. All votes will be taken via anonymous polling. *There will be only one vote per computer, tablet, or smartphone. Those listening via regular telephone will not be able to participate in any voting during the virtual meeting due to an inability to capture a vote utilizing a regular telephone landline. All FBC members will be requested to identify themselves by naming themselves in the Zoom identification.
